The Forklift Truck High Risk Work Licence (TLILIC0003 - Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck) is a mandatory requirement under Workplace Health and Safety Legislation for persons intending to operate a forklift.

A forklift truck is a powered industrial truck equipped with a mast and an elevating load carriage which has a pair of fork arms attached (that can be raised 900 mm or more above the ground) or other load holding attachment.
