What is a Student Number?
A : Your Student Number is a random number assigned to you upon signing up for Narbil Training Account. Every Student Number is unique which enables us to identify each person easily.

High Risk Work Licences
Is my High Risk Work Licence recognised in every State/Territory of Australia?
A : All High Risk Work Licences are mutually recognised in each State/Territory of Australia.
How do I obtain a High Risk Work Licence?
A :Step 1 – Find an RTO offering training for a HRW licence class
Step 2 – Complete both formal training and informal learning through your RTO
Step 3 – Book in a theory and practical assessment with your RTO. Bookings for assessments need to be made at least three business days in advance. Successful applicants will receive an assessment summary (AS1) from the accredited assessor and a statement of attainment from the RTO.
Step 4 – Complete the online application for a new Queensland HRW Licence.
Do I need to supply identification?
A :Yes – You need to provide 100 points of identification.

What if I need a VOC that is not listed?
A :Get in touch with us. We can assist in the development of a VOC that suits the needs you or your business.
How long are VOC’s valid?
A :This depends on the SMS (Safety Management System) utilised by your company or worksite you intend to work on – they range from 12 months to 2 years typically.
What accreditation is supplied?
A :We provide a Competency Card listing the VOC’s completed through our company. This includes the expiration date of each VOC.
