This workshop describes the skills and knowledge required to operate an elevating work platform at any height.

The EWP - Elevating Work Platform High Risk Work Licence (TLILIC0005 - Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform - boom length 11 metres or more) is a mandatory requirement under Workplace Health and Safety Legislation for persons intending to operate an Elevating Work Platform with a boom length of 11 metres or more.

An elevating work platform uses a telescoping device, hinged device, articulated device or any combination of these to raise personnel, equipment or materials to perform work.
